Ninety minutes sounds short. It isn’t.
Almost everyone books this thinking we won’t get much done. Then we do. After two thousand talks and a decade of coaching, I can hear what’s wrong with a presentation in about ten minutes, and I can teach a framework in five.
It works best for experienced, senior people who are open-minded and can meet me at pace. If that’s you, ninety minutes is genuinely enough to change the entire thing.
