Free mini masterclasses
Dense slides. Buried points. A room you lost ten minutes ago. No more.
I spend my life going into companies training salespeople, account managers and leaders to have more influence, and I keep seeing the exact same things. So here are three free masterclasses on how to stop doing them because my Nan Vera told me not to get annoyed by things I can change 😂
September, October & November 2026

What these are
Three free online masterclasses, one a month.
September, October and November. Each one is a live 45-minute session on Zoom, on a Thursday afternoon, with a proper Q&A at the end. No cost, no card, no 40-minute advert with a pitch bolted on the back.
They stand alone, so you sign up to the ones you want. Whatever you sign up for gets recorded and sent to you afterwards, whether you make it live or not.
Why this exists
I literally KEEP seeing the same things.
- Dense, text-heavy slides
- Dry, un-compelling information
- Burying your most important point in jargon
- Reading out information like a voiceover for the email you could have sent
- Smashing on through the slides even though you know you have lost the room
And we all KNOW there is a better way. We just keep doing the same things anyway, because someone senior told us once that this is how it is done.
No more. We are done. OK? Done!

The series
What we’re covering
Three separate sessions, each one useful entirely on its own. Sign up to the ones you want, or greedily take all three.
Session One
Structuring slides that sell
4:00pm to 4:45pm UK
11:00am ET / 8:00am PT
Most decks are a list of everything you know. The ones that win are built like an argument. I'll show you the structure I use for pitches, proposals and internal business cases, and what to do with all the detail you are desperate to include.
Session Two
An introduction to business storytelling
4:00pm to 4:45pm UK
11:00am ET / 8:00am PT
Nobody remembers your data, they remember what your data meant. This is the practical version of business storytelling: how to find stories worth telling in perfectly ordinary work, and how to tell them so a room of senior people actually leans in.
Session Three
Influence without authority
4:00pm to 4:45pm UK
11:00am ET / 8:00am PT
How to get people to say yes when you have no power whatsoever to tell them what to do. The psychology of why people agree to things, and how to use it honestly in meetings, negotiations and the conversations that quietly decide whether your idea goes anywhere.
“Kirsty delivered sales training to a team of over 1,000 Amazon employees across Europe, and every single one of them loved it. Genuinely phenomenal! Completely exceeded expectations.”
Pinar Unesal, Amazon
I used to run a LOT of free webinars and mini trainings, then we all got a bit webinared out. It is time again, because you are all still misbehaving.
So invite your teams, your boss, your clients, your boss’s boss, your stakeholders, your suppliers and your best friends. I promise you will thank me.
This is the material I’ve delivered to 150,000+ people at companies including Amazon, LinkedIn, Meta, Spotify and Capital One, usually as part of a full day somebody has paid a great deal of money for. Nothing is being held back for the paid version.
The obvious questions
Not at all. Each one takes its own sign-up, so grab the sessions you want and ignore the rest. No hard feelings.
Sign up anyway. Everyone who signs up for a session gets the recording afterwards, whether they made it live or not.
No. It's 45 minutes of the actual content I teach inside paid corporate training. If you like it and want to work with me properly then brilliant, but that is genuinely not what the session is for.
Anyone who has to persuade people at work. Leaders, business owners, consultants, agency people, salespeople, anyone who presents ideas to a room that isn't obliged to agree with them. Bring your boss.
A little bit. But affectionately, and with solutions.
Save your seat
Right then. Which ones?
Each session takes its own sign-up, so pick the ones you want and I’ll send you the joining link, a reminder beforehand and the recording afterwards.
